Join Our Fast-Paced Contact Centre Team – Instant Windscreens & Tinting
Instant Windscreens & Tinting is recognised as Australasia’s largest independent automotive glass fitting business, serving customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Established in 1983, we have a large network of branches across Australia and New Zealand and employ more than 300 staff.
We are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed individuals to join our contact centre team. We have full-time, part-time and casual positions available to start immediately.
About the Role
This position is ideal for someone with strong customer service and communication skills who enjoys working in a busy and team-oriented environment. You’ll handle both inbound and outbound interactions with customers across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring a high-quality experience every time.
Key Duties
Handle incoming and outgoing customer interactions with professionalism
Accurately book jobs using our internal systems
Maintain high levels of service and support contact centre KPIs
What We’re Looking For
A can-do attitude and a passion for customer service
Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets
Excellent verbal communication skills
Sound computer literacy and typing ability
Previous experience in a contact centre or sales-based role
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Fast learner with good memory retention
